  • 0

If a domain expires, your website and email stop working and you could lose the name. Here's how to keep your domains renewed.

Automatic Renewal

Domains with Auto Renew turned on are renewed for you. We send the renewal invoice 21 days before the expiry date and charge your default card on the due date.

Turning Auto Renew On or Off

  1. Log in to https://secure.aisweb.com.au
  2. Click Domains, then My Domains
  3. Click the domain
  4. Click Auto Renew in the menu, then turn it on or off

Make sure your card is up to date. See How to Update Your Payment Method.

Renewing Manually

  1. Click Domains, then Renew Domains
  2. Choose the domains and renewal period
  3. Click Order Now and pay the invoice

What Happens If a Domain Expires?

  • Your website and email stop working
  • There's usually a short grace period where you can still renew, sometimes with a late fee
  • After that the domain can be released for anyone to register
If your domain has already expired, contact us straight away and we'll do everything we can to get it back.
