How to Update Your Domain Contact Details Print

Domain registries need your current details. Out-of-date details can lead to the domain being suspended, and you'll miss important emails about it.

Updating Contact Details

1. Log in to https://secure.aisweb.com.au
2. Click Domains, then My Domains
3. Click the domain
4. Click Contact Information
5. Update the details and click Save Changes

Changing the Owner of a .au Domain

The registrant (owner) name and ABN of a .au domain can't be changed by editing contact details. Moving a .au domain to a new owner needs a transfer of ownership through the registry. Contact our support team and we'll guide you through it.
