If emails have been deleted by mistake, you can often get them back with JetBackup.
Restoring Email
- Log in to cPanel (see How to Log In to cPanel)
- In the JetBackup section, click Email Backups
- Find the email account and choose a backup from before the emails were deleted
- Click Restore and confirm
Restored emails are added back into the mailbox. Emails that are still there aren't duplicated or removed.
Email that arrived and was deleted on the same day, between backups, may not be in any backup.
