Understanding Your Invoice Print

  • 0

Your invoice shows what you're paying for, the period it covers and when it's due. Here's what each part means.

Invoice Number and Dates

  • Invoice number: a unique number for that invoice. Quote it if you contact us about a payment
  • Invoice date: when the invoice was created
  • Due date: when payment needs to be made

Items

Each line shows:

  • The service, for example a hosting plan or domain renewal
  • The period it covers, such as 1 month or 1 year
  • The domain the service is for
  • The price for that item

Totals

  • Sub Total: the total before GST
  • GST: 10% Australian GST
  • Credit: any account credit applied to the invoice
  • Total: the amount to pay

Status

  • Unpaid: waiting for payment
  • Paid: payment received, thank you
  • Overdue: the due date has passed and the invoice still needs paying
  • Cancelled: no payment needed
