How to Pay an Invoice Print

You can pay AISweb invoices by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.

Paying by Card

1. Log in to https://secure.aisweb.com.au
2. Click Billing, then My Invoices
3. Click the unpaid invoice
4. Choose Credit/Debit Card as the payment method if it isn't already selected
5. Click Pay Now
6. Choose a saved card or enter a new one, then confirm the payment

You'll get a receipt by email, and the invoice will show as Paid.

Paying by Bank Transfer

1. Open the invoice as above
2. Choose Bank Transfer as the payment method
3. Our bank details will be shown on the invoice
4. Use the invoice number as your payment reference so we can match it

Bank transfers can take 1 to 2 business days to reach us. We'll mark the invoice paid once the money arrives.

Automatic Payments

If you have a card saved as your default, renewal invoices are paid automatically on the due date. See How to Update Your Payment Method.

Payment Didn't Go Through?

• Check the card hasn't expired and has enough funds
• Your bank may have blocked the payment. Check your banking app or call your bank
• Try another card
• Contact our accounts team if you're still stuck
