If your domain shows a cPanel default page, a "coming soon" page or a list of files instead of your website, one of these is usually the reason.
Your Website Files Aren't in the Right Place
Your home page must be called index.html or index.php, and it must be directly inside public_html, not inside a subfolder like public_html/mysite.
- Open File Manager and go into public_html
- Check your index file is there
- If your files are inside a subfolder, select them all and use Move to put them in public_html
- Delete any old default.html or placeholder index file
Your Domain Isn't Pointing to AISweb Yet
If you've just changed nameservers, some people will still see the old page for a few hours. See How to Check a DNS Change Has Worked.
It's an Extra Domain or Subdomain
Extra domains have their own folder. Check which folder it uses in cPanel under Domains, and upload the files there. See How to Add a Domain or Subdomain.
