How to Access Webmail Print

  • 0

Webmail lets you read and send email from any web browser without setting anything up. AISweb hosting uses Roundcube for webmail.

Getting to Webmail

Option 1: Go Straight to Webmail

Go to either of these addresses, replacing yourdomain.com.au with your own domain:

Option 2: Through cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel (see How to Log In to cPanel)
  2. In the Email section, click Email Accounts
  3. Find the email address and click Check Email

Logging In

  1. Enter your full email address, for example yourname@yourdomain.com.au
  2. Enter your email password
  3. Click Log in

If you're asked to choose an app, pick Roundcube and tick the option to open it automatically next time.

Why Use Webmail?

  • Check email from any computer or phone with a browser
  • Nothing to set up
  • Your email stays on the server, so it matches what you see on your other devices
  • Works over a secure HTTPS connection

You can use webmail and an email app like Outlook at the same time. Webmail is handy when you're away from your own computer.

Can't Get Into Webmail?

  • Check you're using your full email address as the username
  • Reset the password in cPanel if you're not sure of it (see How to Change an Email Password)
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try another browser
  • If your domain was only just pointed to AISweb, wait a few hours and try again
