Welcome to AISweb! Here's a checklist to get your website and email up and running.
1. Log In
- Log in to the Client Area at https://secure.aisweb.com.au (see How to Log In to the Client Area)
- Open cPanel from your hosting service (see How to Log In to cPanel)
2. Point Your Domain to AISweb
If your domain is registered somewhere else, change its nameservers to ours. See How to Change Your Nameservers.

3. Build or Upload Your Website
- WordPress: install it with Softaculous in a few clicks
- Your own files: upload them with File Manager or FTP
4. Set Up Email
- Create your email accounts
- Add them to your phone, Outlook or Apple Mail
- Check SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your email doesn't land in spam
5. Check Your SSL
Make sure your site shows the padlock and turn on HTTPS for everyone. See Free SSL Certificates and HTTPS.
6. Know Where Your Backups Are
Your account is backed up automatically, and you can restore things yourself. See How Backups Work at AISweb.
